We had a fabulous stay near the dunes and a couple of great restaurants and local supermarkets, and we had no complaints whatsoever, making us eager to return.

Staff was very friendly and inviting,making your stay a dream holiday, the whole hotel is kept very clean and i loved the location, right next to dunes Maspalomas and the beach. I had the best time staying there and would highly recommend it to travelers who look for comfort "home away from home"

I was pleasantly surprised by the modern and well-equipped apartment I stayed in at Apartamentos Los Aguacates. It had all the appliances I needed, including an egg cooker and washing machine. The balcony was a great bonus, with a convenient canopy for shade. The daily cleaning service was also a plus, and the WiFi connection was excellent. The location was ideal, with a supermarket nearby and free parking available. I would highly recommend this hotel for a short or long stay.

The lack of fresh vegetables was a downside. The rooms do not have a French bed, only single beds, which may not be ideal for everyone.

Because of trafik from the nearby way and poor building It become very noisy

Location is excellent for both beach and nightlife. Staff very helpful and make you feel welcome.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent - a spacious, clean and new apartment with great views and a large balcony. The location was perfect, just steps away from the beach and close to supermarkets and popular attractions like the Yumbo and Cita. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Such touches as a safe box, a sofa bed, tea and coffee making facilities were useful. Their service was excellent too. The staff was pleasant and outstandingly accommodating.

It did not have internet. Neither wi fi, nor in the room. These days it is important. It was strange one has to pay for watching TV (put some coins), even though we did not need it.

I had an amazing stay at a conveniently located hotel with stunning views of the dunes and the sea. The large balcony in my room was the perfect spot to enjoy the scenery. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the waiter during breakfast. The swimming pool was also a great feature, especially with a separate pool for babies. The hotel provided beach towels for free, and the heated pool was a pleasant surprise for this time of year. The location of the hotel was perfect, with the Dunes and some excellent restaurants nearby, such as Calma Chicha and Parco Romantico Restaurant, which served the best octopus and had excellent courses.

Great location and friendly staff compensate for a rather shabby building with poor facilities in need of a major refubishment.

Garden sprinkler tended to flood my ground floor patio area. No grill/ oven kitchen facilities in room (only two ring hob). My bed was rock hard and I could have done with a supply of extra bed linen on the odd colder night during my stay. The coin meter TV was rather mean. However, the hotel was cheaper than most, so I suppose you get what you pay for.

Our apartment was on ground floor and opened out straight to the pool which was very clean and tidy. Also there is an on site bar/restaurant was is also very good. There is also a very convenient supermarket on site. Essential when self-catering.

No electric kettle and the electric hob was very slow. Was a bit confused when receptionist asked for payment. I thought I already had thru the website at time of booking (but although it requested card details didn't actually take any money).
